Get Famnavo
Location sharing, Safe Places and SOS on your phone.
Background location status
Famnavo’s web app provides location sharing while it is open and permitted by your device. Reliable tracking while the app is closed, the phone is locked, or battery saving is active requires the Famnavo native mobile app and device permissions. This capability is currently shown as Beta / not yet verified until it passes real-device testing.
What families will see for each person: Live, Recent, Stale (with the exact time), Offline, Location permission off, Background tracking unavailable, Battery optimisation may limit updates, or No device connected. A stale location is never shown as live.
No phone has sent a location yet.

The Android app file isn’t published yet. As soon as the link is added in Site Admin → Mobile app, this page turns into a one-tap download: your child opens famnavo.com/download on their phone, taps “Get”, allows installs from the browser when Android asks, and Famnavo installs like any other app.
On an iPhone right now? Open this page in Safari, tap the Share button and choose “Add to Home Screen” to use Famnavo straight away. Apple only allows full app installs through TestFlight or the App Store, so those buttons switch on as soon as the iPhone build is approved.
Download links appear here once signed releases are published. Until then the web app shares location only while it is open.
