Terms of Service
Last updated 8 September 2026
By creating a Famnavo account or joining a family, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use Famnavo
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to create a family. Child accounts are set up and managed by a family head or parent, who is responsible for having the right to add that child and for informing them that location is being shared.
Your account
- Keep your password confidential and use a strong one.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Famnavo to track anyone without their knowledge. Covert tracking is forbidden and the app is designed to make sharing visible to everyone involved.
- Do not use the service unlawfully, or to harass, stalk or harm anyone.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Location and safety features
Location, alerts, check-ins and SOS depend on phone hardware, operating-system permissions, battery and network coverage. They may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Famnavo is not an emergency service and must not be relied on as your only means of getting help — in an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
Service changes
Features may change, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Famnavo is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including missed or delayed location updates and alerts.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings. Deleting a family removes its data for all of its members.
